What Is Web Hosting?
Cerentec offers domain web hosting and email services. This means that we provide space on our servers for your web site and email. We host your existing domain name, which will be used for your web site and email.

Do You Support Microsoft FrontPage?
Our hosting plans fully support Microsoft FrontPage at no extra charge. You can add or remove support for Microsoft FrontPage on your account via your control panel at any time.

How Do I Transfer Files To My Site?
Files can be transferred to the web server using an FTP program (File Transfer Protocol). FTP software is available for download from our file transfer help page together with a short FTP tutorial. Some web design packages, e.g. Microsoft Front Page and Dreamweaver, include utilities for uploading your site and thus additional software is not required.


How Do I Configure Outlook to Work With My New Email?

What Is Data Transfer?
Your data transfer is the total number of data packets which are transferred across the Internet to or from your account. Most hosting companies must impose data transfer restrictions in order to control their bandwidth usage. We don't.

Is There A Data Transfer Limit?
There is no limit to the amount of traffic your site can have. Unlimited means unlimited.


Will I Have Telnet Access To My Account?
No, we do not offer telnet access. Telnet access is not necessary as you can manage all aspects of your account via your control panel.
